For some yoga can be intimidating, often causing people to resist beginning a practice. Our Community Mangers (CMs) are here to ease your mind (reminder: if you can breathe, you can do yoga). They are non-teaching staff members who have a regular yoga practice and understand the mindset of those new to the mat. They are available 30 minutes prior to and after class to answer questions and walk new yogis through the schedule, class options and pricing. If at anytime you feel overwhelmed with where to begin or have questions regarding services offered at Yoga Centric, stop by or call the studio and one of our CMs will be happy to assist.
